The DPDT On & Off Delay relay provides both delayed energizing and delayed de-energizing functions, making it a versatile component for automation setups requiring symmetrical timing control. When the relay receives a trigger, the output does not activate immediately; instead, it waits for the set “on-delay” time before switching. Similarly, once the trigger is removed, the “off-delay” period begins, allowing the output to remain active for a defined duration.
