YOSHINE Power-On Delay Trigger Time Relay
The YX5240H00-92 Power-On Delay Trigger Time Relay is designed for applications that require both immediate and delayed responses within a single control device. Featuring a DPDT output with one instant contact and one delayed contact, this relay supports staged control sequences from the moment power is applied.
In certain systems, not all actions should be delayed. Status indicators, monitoring signals, or preparatory circuits often need to respond immediately when power is supplied, while main loads or execution units benefit from delayed activation. The YX5240H00-92 integrates these two requirements into one relay, reducing the need for additional components.
Upon power-on, the instant output switches immediately, enabling real-time signaling or initial control logic. At the same time, the delayed output begins timing and activates only after the preset delay period. This coordinated behavior allows designers to clearly separate early-stage and later-stage operations within the same control sequence.
The DPDT structure offers flexibility for managing different control paths, making the relay suitable for equipment with phased startup requirements. Typical applications include automation systems, modular control units, and electrical installations where operational order is important for safety or process stability.
By combining instant and delayed outputs, the YX5240H00-92 helps streamline wiring layouts and improves logical clarity within the control system. It is a practical choice for engineers who need greater control over startup timing without increasing system complexity.
