When relay Un is powered on, the relay immediately closes and remains closed while Un is powered. Upon power-off, the delay starts. After delay t, the output contact opens. (This is a true power-off delay, relying on the internal energy storage capacitor after relay power is off, without needing an auxiliary power supply.)
