Product Introduction | 3P3W Relay -YX741TAA01

YX741TAA01 is a full-featured voltage protection relay that integrates overvoltage, undervoltage, phase failure, phase sequence, and unbalance. When the voltage is too high (overvoltage) or too low (undervoltage), it will act quickly to cut off the power or sound an alarm to prevent electrical equipment from being damaged due to abnormal voltage. The seven series voltage protection relays can be divided into three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire and three-phase three-wire three-phase four-wire universal voltage protection relays with various wiring methods.

01

Product Features

01 Flame Retardant Shell

Electrical safety is more important than Mount Tai. The product shell is made of safe and flame-retardant materials. We are fully responsible for your safety issues.

02 Standardized Design

It is suitable for 35mm clamping rails and complies with industry standards, making installation more convenient.

03 Protective Design

The materials used are exquisite, and the imported terminal blocks are carefully selected. They have strong conductivity, are not easy to heat, and are not easy to slip.

02

Function Integrated

01 Core functions: "all-round detector" for power grid anomalies, "multiple protective covers" for equipment safety

Like a monitor on duty 24 hours a day, he continuously conducts a "physical examination" of the core parameters of the three-phase circuit: Accurately captures instantaneous voltage fluctuations(overvoltage,undervoltage),three-phase balance status (voltage unbalance exceeds the standard), phase sequence logic (reversed phase sequence) and phase failure, and can even sense subtle abnormalities such as frequency offsets.

02 Precise Attacks For Different Anomalies

Phase Failure Protection:When a phase (live wire) in a three-phase circuit is disconnected (such as a broken wire or poor contact), the relay can quickly detect the phase loss state and act to prevent the three-phase motor from overheating and burning due to "single-phase operation".

Phase Sequence Protection:If the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply (such as R, S, T) is reversed due to wiring errors or faults, the relay will immediately cut off the circuit to prevent equipment that relies on phase sequence operation (such as compressors, conveyor belt motors) from reversing, and prevent damage to the mechanical structure or production accidents (such as elevators that have their lifting direction reversed due to incorrect phase sequence).

Over and Under Voltage Protection:When the circuit voltage exceeds or falls below the allowable range of the equipment's rated voltage (for example, 10%-20% above or below the rated value), the relay will act immediately to prevent motors, transformers and other equipment from being damaged due to thermal overload or insufficient power.

Asymmetrical Protection:When the amplitude difference or phase difference of the three-phase voltage exceeds the set range (for example, a certain phase voltage is more than 10% higher/lower than other phases), the relay operates to avoid local overheating of the motor caused by unbalanced voltage and extend the life of the equipment (common in scenarios of uneven power grid voltage or line failure).

03 "1+1>2" Value of Integrated Design

One-stop protection,simplified circuit

There is no need to install multiple relays such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and phase sequence separately, which reduces wiring complexity, saves control cabinet space, and reduces equipment costs.

Collaborative response to improve security

Multiple protection functions are linked to cover all scenarios of voltage anomalies (from numerical anomalies to phase and phase sequence anomalies), avoiding accidents caused by "missed detection" of a single protection (for example, phase failure is often accompanied by voltage imbalance, so dual monitoring is more reliable).

Adapt to complex scenarios and have a wide range of applications

It is especially suitable for three-phase equipment scenarios that require high power stability, such as motors in industrial production lines, central air conditioning systems, water pump units, elevators, etc. It can not only cope with power grid fluctuations, but also prevent abnormalities caused by wiring errors, equipment aging, etc.
